* 2hr booking minimum after 7pm
* Free street parking and limited parking behind building
* 24hr cancellation policy for hourly bookings and 72 hour policy for Full Day Rates and Recording Studio Bookings. We reserve the right to charge 50% after the 24hr or 72hr window and 100% charge for a "No Show". If a reservation is made after the 24hr window has lapsed, this policy withstands regardless. By using our services you agree to these terms.
